Roles And Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the GCF project pipeline database and other international climate funds and ensuring the database is consistent, well-structured and has clear reference. The consultant should work closely with the Senior Communication Assistant in updating the database on the NDA’s online platform.
  • Providing event support (pre- and post-events) by including but not limited to co-organizing/co-facilitating events and/or activities with GCF Readiness team, including development of event ToR, coordinating with the stakeholders, and preparation of minutes of meeting/event report.
  • Providing basic editorial services including but not limited to writing, editing, proofreading and translation, in Bahasa Indonesia and/or English version.
  • The consultant will also provide support on-demand basis, to preparing the FGD for No-Objection Letter request from DAEs/International AEs, including initial review of concept note/proposals, development of FGD’s ToR and mapping the key stakeholders based on proposal’s objective, minutes of meeting, etc.
  • Ensure all the Readiness project’s deliverables are properly archived in the database.
  • Conduct desk research and develop high-quality presentation slides.
  • Support the project’s reporting, including monthly and completion report. This includes but not limited to writing, editing, and proofreading, as well as drafting summary reports for the counterparts.
  • Work in a confidential capacity and operate independently using sound judgement and discretion in all decisions.

Profile

Qualifications/Experience/Expertise

EXPERTISE REQUIRED

  • A minimum of bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, Communication, Public Policy, Forestry, Agriculture, or other related degree.
  • Knowledge and understanding of private and financial sector issues in sustainable development.
  • Experience in data gathering and research is a must.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals with good organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office and active usage of various social media.
  • Proven analytical and report writing skills are advantageous.
