About the Role
GWEC We are looking for an exceptionally service-minded Membership Coordinator / Membership Service Officer to join our APAC team — a fantastic opportunity for a young, energetic go-getter who wants a career at the heart of the global energy transition while doing what they do best: making people feel genuinely cared for. You will be the friendly, responsive face of GWEC for members across Asia-Pacific, ensuring they feel valued, supported and fully engaged in GWEC's activities, regionally and globally. Service needs to be hardwired into your DNA — you notice what people need before they ask.
Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for GWEC members across APAC — responding promptly and warmly to every query.
- Build genuine, trusted relationships with member companies, driving satisfaction, retention and engagement.
- Travel extensively across APAC to support country managers in delivering member events and initiatives.
- Partner with the global team so APAC members stay connected to GWEC's worldwide network and resources.
- Onboard new members and guide them through GWEC's offerings for a great experience from day one.
- Maintain accurate membership records; track engagement, renewals and satisfaction across the region.
- Capture member feedback and champion members' needs with the Head of Membership and Head of APAC.
- Support seamless member experiences at GWEC and partner events, from logistics to on-the-ground support.
