The position will passionately provide support to the co-design and excellent management of GBF programs from end to end while ensuring the following:

  • Alignment of goals and objectives with all stakeholders
  • Smart and efficient processes
  • Excellent use of time, tools, and resources
  • Close monitoring and evaluation of assigned programs and their success indicators
  • Building strong partnerships, coordination, and maintaining strong relations with stakeholders

The current assignment will be responsible for supporting the Educators' Professional Development Programs. This includes handling marketing, community care, administrative, data administration support tasks, and other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or management.

Responsibilities:

MARKETING SUPPORT

  • Screen of online form
  • Online Community Engagement & Moderation
  • Curate & Upload Documents in Online Portal
  • Organize and Summarize Data
  • Maintaining Program Calendar
  • Gather and Update Stats
  • Respond to queries and concerns efficiently
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate superior or management

CARE & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

  • Provide administrative support in Teacher Care processes
  • Support Partners’ concerns through various communication modes
  • Coordinate with internal partners to ensure key activity deadlines
  • Control and safekeep documents
  • Provide support to various Teacher Care Programs

DATA & REPORTS MANAGEMENT

  • Verify, enter, validate and audit data in the system
  • Integrate and correlate data to form a clear analysis of key success indicators, gaps, patterns and trends
  • Extract data and generate periodic report dashboards to be used by internal stakeholders in making key decisions
  • Create systems for data storage, review, and retrieval
  • Perform check and balance activities to ensure integrity of information and process compliances

Perform other tasks or assigned to other GBF programs as determined by immediate superior or management.

Profile

Job Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • Must have strong evidence of achievements and accomplishments in previous work roles
  • At least 2 years relevant experience doing a combination of the functions above
  • Expert skill in the use of MS Excel (Charts, Formulas, and Pivot Tables) and at least 2 years using this tool in doing periodic reports & analysis
  • Good understanding of and experience in using other data management tools, systems, and techniques will be a strong advantage
