We are looking for an adept Sales Operations Executive with a specific focus on RECs to join our dynamic team. This role entails understanding the nuances of the RECs sales processes and ensuring a seamless operational journey for our clients.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End RECs Sales Process Management: Oversee and continuously refine the complete sales operations process, registration and issuance of RECs, ensuring a seamless interface between internal teams and clients.
  • Registry Applications, Documentation Verification of documentation provided by customers for the registration of renewable energy assets and their energy generation data.
  • Communicate with customers to resolve issues and address enquiries needed to ensure successful assets onboarding.
  • Asset registration and energy generation applications onto Registry platform(s) and liaisons with the Registries personnel.
  • Coordinate with Finance team to ensure smooth execution of financial transactions (payment and collections) with our customers.
  • Documentation Management and Reporting: ensuring proper documentation in place with change tracking.
  • Execution of RECs transfers & retirements between the subaccounts on the Registry platform(s).
  • Customer Onboarding: Ensure that new customers are smoothly integrated into our system, with an emphasis on their specific requirements in the realm of RECs.
  • Customer Support: Offer dedicated helpdesk support for all REC-related queries, service requests, and configuration changes.
  • Performance Reporting: Gather, consolidate, and report data concerning the REC sales lifecycle, aiding in data-driven decision-making processes.
Profile

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance or a related field with minimum 3 years of working experience.
  • Prior experience in sales operations, particularly in the Renewable Energy Certificates or Carbon Management sectors would be an added advantage.
  • Highly detailed and meticulous with positive attitude and willing to learn.
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure with good time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Able to work both independently as well as a team player with commitment and initiative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear communication both within the team and with our clientele.
  • Good in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
