Description of the mission

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with health partners: health centers, referral hospital, operational district, and Provincial Health Department to collect and share information
  • Arrange schedules for meetings, campaigns, conferences, trainings, and community awareness activities in target areas
  • Ensure relevant partners understand project objectives and participate effectively
  • Report immediately to supervisor on project-relevant information from partners and stakeholders
  • Participate in plan/design revisions as required by the organization
  • Uphold the organization's image through transparency, accountability, and good conduct
  • Build strong relationships with relevant partners and stakeholders in target areas
  • Seek clear information on policies and goals before sharing with others
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery of project implementation needs
  • Serve as a bridge between Good Neighbors Cambodia and stakeholders
  • Travel to other Community Development Programs (CDPs) to support as needed
  • Oversee the KIRI Class for Ratanakiri Province
  • Conduct field monitoring and spot checks for KIRI Class activities
  • Ensure budget plans, action plans, and reports are accurate and timely
  • Perform other tasks as required by supervisor and relevant team members

Profile

Candidate Profile

Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any major

Experience: At least 2 years with local or international organizations in the health or community sector. Background in public health or Maternal and Child Health is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience working with government departments is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Professional management, analytical, financial management, and presentation skills
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Solid computer knowledge

Soft Skills: Teamwork, innovation, communication, integrity, planning and organizing, problem solving, networking, negotiating
