Description of the mission

Good Soil Foundation is seeking a Philanthropy Executive to support the implementation of its youth-focused philanthropy programmes, with a primary focus on education and mental health initiatives in Singapore.

This role is suited for a highly organised, execution-focused professional who is comfortable managing programme operations, coordinating stakeholders, and supporting day-to-day delivery of structured youth programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Coordination and Delivery

  • Support the planning and execution of the Foundation’s Philanthropy Programmes, ensuring smooth delivery across recruitment, scheduling, and programme operations
  • Track programme timelines, deliverables, and logistical requirements to ensure activities run as planned

School and Student Engagement

  • Liaise with partner schools, students, and parents on programme communications and logistics
  • Coordinate student interviews, application screening, and onboarding processes

Operational and Administrative Support

  • Manage programme documentation, databases, and records with a high level of accuracy
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to support programme needs
  • Assist with budget tracking, procurement, and basic reporting

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with internal team members to support programme planning and execution
  • Provide timely updates and administrative support to ensure alignment across stakeholders

Profile

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Sociology, Social Sciences, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in programme coordination, project management, philanthropy, education, or related sectors

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small team
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Language and Technical Skills

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Working proficiency in Chinese to support stakeholder communications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
