
Job Description:
1. Conduct end to end recruitment process based on department needs
2. Formulate training plans and improve the training system according to the
company's development strategy
3. Establish a complete performance appraisal system, organize and
implement performance appraisal work, and ensure accuracy
4. Track and implement employee transfers and manage filing documentation
5. Comply with labor regulations, handle employee relations, labor disputes, and arbitration disputes
