What you’ll be doing
- Managing customer transactions including quotations, purchase orders, deliveries, and returns
- Conducting contract reviews in line with internal procedures
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Handling daily customer communications to ensure exceptional service
- Working closely with CSSR and Logistics to improve on‑Time Delivery performance
- Liaising with external Sales teams and multiple internal departments (Product Management, Shipping, Planning, Engineering, Quality, Credit, etc.)
- Maintaining organised and accurate customer files
- Coordinating with forwarders, arranging shipments, and preparing customs documentation
- Managing high‑volume data entry, emails, and phone enquiries
- Collaborating effectively as part of a team
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
