
The Corporate Affairs Executive / Senior Corporate Affairs Executive supports the Head of Corporate Affairs in coordinating regulatory compliance, corporate governance, documentation, and internal reporting across the organization. The role ensures that regulatory submissions, ISO processes, corporate records, and management documentation are accurate, organized, and submitted on time, while coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders such as regulators, company secretaries, bankers, and consultants. Success in this position means maintaining smooth compliance processes, reliable corporate documentation systems, effective cross-department coordination, and timely reporting that supports management decision-making. Within Green Lagoon Technology, the role serves as a key operational support function that helps ensure governance, compliance, and corporate processes run efficiently while supporting sustainability and corporate initiatives.
Responsibilities
· Assist the Head of Corporate Affairs cum Management Representative in managing and coordinating day-to-day corporate affairs activities.
· Assist in follow-up with regulatory, safety, and compliance matters, including documentation, submissions, tracking, and coordination to ensure full compliance and no delay in any submission.
· Assist in ISO 9001–related matters, including documentation control, coordination with departments, follow-up on action items, and compliance tracking.
· Support preparation, compilation, and coordination of corporate documents, including board papers, resolutions, announcements, and internal approvals.
· Support corporate branding and communications initiatives, ensuring consistency with the company’s branding guidelines.
· Assist in sustainability and ESG matters
· Ensure monthly reports from all departments under Corporate Affairs are submitted accurately and on time.
· Assist in preparing presentations, management reports, summaries, meeting minutes and briefing materials as required.
· Coordinate with internal departments and external parties such as company secretaries, regulators, safety officers, bankers, insurer and consultants.
· Assist in corporate exercises, bank loan matters, and insurance renewals, including documentation and follow-ups.
· Maintain proper records, trackers, and filing systems for corporate affairs, regulatory, compliance, and ISO documentation.
· Perform ad-hoc tasks and special assignments as directed by the Head of Corporate Affairs cum Management Representative.
· Provide additional support during audits, regulatory submissions, corporate exercises, and peak periods
