We are currently looking for a Human Capital Officer who is passionate about people development and ready to handle the full spectrum of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Human Capital Officer, you will manage end-to-end HR processes including:
- Administering BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan registration and reporting
- Managing monthly payroll processes, including salary slips, tax compliance (PPH 21), and attendance records
- Leading and coordinating recruitment processes: job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Organizing capacity building and employee development programs
- Maintaining and updating employee databases and personnel files
- Assisting in the implementation of organizational policies, SOPs, and compliance standards
- Supporting employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
- Handling other general administrative tasks related to Human Capital
