Job Summary:
As a sales consultant at Greenergy Development Corp. (GDC), you will play a key role in promoting and selling solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying potential client, educating them about solar products and services, and guiding them through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sales Development- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Conduct market research to identify prospective clients.
· Client Engagement-Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers by understanding their energy needs and offering tailored solar energy solutions.
· Product Knowledge- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of solar energy products, systems, and incentives. Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and how it can meet their energy requirements.
· Consultation and Quotation- Conduct site assessments, develop customized solar proposals, and provide detailed pricing and savings estimates to clients.
· Sales Process Management- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from lead generation and proposal development to contract signing and installation. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout each step.
· Collaboration- Work closely with internal teams (warehouse, engineering/technical, project management) to ensure smooth execution of sales and clients on boarding.
· Target Achievement- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPI set by Sales Manager.
· Market Intelligence- Keep up-to-date with the latest solar industry trends, regulations, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
· Education- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Engineering or a related field.
· Experience- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, with a strong track record in achieving sales targets. Experience in the solar renewable energy industry is a plus.

· Knowledge of solar energy systems and the renewable energy market is an advantage.

Working Conditions:
· Field-based position with frequent travel to customer locations.
