Description of the mission

Job Summary:

The Digital Growth Specialist is a results-driven role responsible for the end-to-end execution of digital fundraising strategies to achieve financial growth targets for Greenpeace East Asia, focusing on the Hong Kong market. Reporting to the Digital and Engagement Manager, the position serves as the primary business owner for the digital conversion funnel.

The role requires a self-initiated professional who can blend marketing psychology with technical execution, to convert digital traffic into long-term financial support through integrated campaigns, performance marketing and digital enablement.

Major work responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-channel digital conversion strategies to achieve monthly and annual fundraising targets.
  • Design and execute integrated digital fundraising campaigns across social, email, SMS, WhatsApp, website and beyond, ensuring a seamless and high-converting experience from the first click to the final thank-you page.
  • Manage and cost-optimize end-to-end digital ad placements across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
  • Produce and deploy performance-driven creative assets for social media and email; coordinate with external agencies or freelancers to manage more sophisticated creative production and digital projects.
  • Work with the web and data team to drive web enhancement and conversion rate optimization.
  • Conduct regular data analysis of the fundraising funnel to identify conversion bottlenecks and provide actionable insights for improving ROI and donor acquisition efficiency.

Profile

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years in Performance Marketing, Growth, or E-commerce with a record of hitting conversion targets (Agency experience is a plus).
  • Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Skilled in managing full campaign lifecycles independently.
  • Strong ability to create compelling marketing content and landing pages.
  • Able to coordinate with tech teams and external vendors.
  • Fluent in Cantonese/Traditional Chinese and English.
