➔ Description of the mission

GreenViet Center is looking for a consultant to support establishing the local funds (a financial resource) for green and circular economic initiatives managed by the local Women’s Union in Song Vang commune, Son Tra and Hai Van ward of Da Nang city.

➔ Profile

Required Qualifications

The consultant should have:

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in microfinance, business administration, development studies, financial law, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in community finance systems, micro-finance, revolving funds, or similar livelihood support mechanisms.
Experience in advising/training on green/circular economy and value chain development.
Experience working with Women’s Unions, financial institutions, and community groups.
Excellent Vietnamese and English communication and writing skills.
Preference given to individuals with international project experience, especially EU-funded projects.
Experience working in Da Nang or with similar communities is an advantage.
