Job Description:
Business Development Manager is to source and develop new investment opportunities and to execute on the opportunities, including but not limited to solar rooftop, solar farm, direct Power Purchase Agreement (dPPA), energy efficiency (EE), battery energy storage system (BESS), electric vehicle charging station (EVCS), M&A projects, and other business in GreenYellow...
- Develop partnerships and collaboration in various industries for commercial and industrial projects.
- Lead partnership efforts from concept to completion, not limited to the analysis and negotiation of contract terms, planning, pricing, and follow-up with customers and contractors.
- Execute the business strategy and plan in order to successfully secure a pipeline of greenfield projects in RTS, energy efficiency, and storage.
- Generate leads primarily through account profiling, marketing campaigns, business networking, and other market penetration strategies.
- Qualify potentially partner enterprises and develop relationships in line with GreenYellow Vietnam’s business strategy to move the opportunity forward, create compelling proposals to provide individualized value for each organization.
- Identify and present to key decision makers, negotiate terms, and overcome hurdles necessary to secure and sign contracts.
- Lead the project coordination with internal teams (legal, engineering, construction, and finance) and external parties, if necessar,y to prioritize, analyze, review, and track key development deliverables to achieve milestones on time and on budget.
- Nurture and enhance the presence of GreenYellow in the country, establish, maintain, and develop relationships at all levels of authority.
- Represent GreenYellow Vietnam at renewable energy events as a speaker and solar energy leader.
Reporting, Analysis, and Time Management:
- Provide regular updates to the General Director on project progress, key performance indicators, and strategic insights.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and optimize strategies.
- Conduct a weekly meeting to understand the progress or issues on pending projects
- Establish, monitor, and achieve both monthly and quarterly business plans, forecasts, metrics, and milestones
Foster collaboration:
- Support the team when needed during the project development cycle: Company presentation, Negotiation, Contract introduction, preliminary offers and final offers, and develop a high-performing team of business development professionals.
