➔ Description of the mission

We are looking for a high-performing Acquisition Associate to support the execution and continuous improvement of our customer acquisition engine. This role focuses on acquiring new MSME customers efficiently and at scale using Saripay’s existing acquisition tools — including app-based sign-ups, QR sign-ups, agent workflows, and partner-assisted referrals. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, is hands-on with acquisition tools, and has the grit and ownership mindset to hit growth targets consistently.

About the Role

This role focuses on acquiring new MSME customers efficiently and at scale using Saripay’s existing acquisition tools.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Acquisition Execution

  • Drive daily onboarding targets by converting leads into verified and active users

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience from initial contact to KYC completion and app activation

  • Identify blockers in the customer journey and recommend improvements in tools or workflows

  • Acquisition Tools Ownership

  • Operate and troubleshoot acquisition tools (QR codes, app sign-ups, referral forms, onboarding flows)

  • Monitor tool effectiveness (e.g., conversion from scan to completed signup) and report insights

  • Collaborate with product or tech teams for feature requests, process optimizations, or bugs

  • Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain real-time visibility on acquisition performance by updating dashboards or tracking sheets

  • Flag gaps or underperforming channels and suggest tactical fixes (e.g., follow-up strategy, partner push)

  • Run quick tests or A/B experiments to improve conversion per channel or tool

  • Cross-Team Coordination

  • Collaborate with GTM, Risk, and Field Ops for efficient customer handoff and onboarding

  • Coordinate with external partners (e.g., stores, agents, LGUs, POS partners) to maximize lead generation

  • Provide feedback to Acquisition Manager to improve customer acquisition playbooks

Key Success Metrics

  • Number of customers onboarded per day/week
  • KYC completion and app activation rates
  • Acquisition tool usage and conversion rate
  • Time-to-convert (lead to active user)
  • Feedback loop from the field and partners

➔ Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in sales, customer ops, or business development
  • 2–3 years experience in customer-facing roles (field sales, customer acquisition, fintech preferred)
  • Strong familiarity with mobile apps, onboarding flows, and digital tools
  • Comfortable tracking numbers and solving problems independently
  • Organized, proactive, and can handle multiple leads or cases at once

Required Skills

  • Hustle and ownership — someone who treats targets as their own
  • Sharp eyes for broken flows, tool inefficiencies, or low-hanging wins
  • Strong communicator — can follow up, escalate, or close the loop with speed
  • Can work on the ground or remotely to ensure acquisition success
