Job description:

SariPay is one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing fintech companies focused on MSME financing and payments. Originally a fintech spin-off from Series C-funded B2B platform GrowSari, SariPay now stands independently (Saripay has its own financing and fintech companies regulated by SEC and BSP), delivering digital lending, payments, and embedded finance solutions to over 300,000 sari-sari stores and micro-entrepreneurs in the Philippines. The fintech business is growing 1.7x year on year and is profitable.

We operate across multiple lending products: inventory financing, distributor financing, QRPH payments, and cash management—and are now expanding to serve new verticals such as carinderias, pharmacies, digital resellers, hardware stores, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development. Identifies product opportunities and challenges, conducts research, and ideates potential solutions. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to implement these solutions. Launches or improves internal and external tools and features to enhance the user experience within the Eservices platform.
User Research. Conducts user research with the sari-sari store market as needed, including FGDs, interviews, and surveys
Project management. Takes end-to-end ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, communicates requirements and timelines to stakeholders, and efficiently executes projects from pilot stage to scaling, retention, and issue resolution
Data Analysis. Analyzes key business metrics and applies findings to strategy creation in order to continuously grow the Eservice platform
Program & Strategy Creation. Creates acquisition, usage, and retention programs, and makes strategic business decisions to achieve various KPIs through the data-driven analysis of performance metrics.

Profile

Basic Qualifications:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
2-3 years related work experience
