Entrepreneurship in the territories: is it the right time?
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Operation Director with a strong foundation in Finance and proven operational leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have extensive exposure to Manufacturing and Retail environments, with prior experience in a Big 4 firm such as Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG considered a strong advantage.
This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving operational excellence, ensuring financial discipline, and aligning operational strategy with overall business objective
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with corporate vision and financial targets
- Partner with the CEO and executive team on long-term growth initiatives
- Lead business transformation, process optimization, and performance improvement programs
Operational Excellence
- Oversee end-to-end operations across Manufacturing and Retail functions
- Drive efficiency, productivity, cost optimization, and supply chain effectiveness
- Establish KPIs and performance dashboards to monitor operational health
Financial Oversight
- Leverage strong finance background to ensure operational decisions align with profitability goals
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring
- Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks
Process & Governance
- Implement best-in-class governance structures and operational policies
- Ensure regulatory compliance and corporate governance standards
- Drive ERP and systems optimization initiatives
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Retail Operations)
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement
- Develop succession planning and leadership capabilities
