Job Description

Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend learning solutions.
Design and develop relevant and engaging learning materials.
Facilitate training sessions and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
Manage training logistics, records, and documentation.
Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business goals.
Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

➔ Profile

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field.
1–3 years’ experience in Learning & Development or similar HR role.
Strong facilitation with good presentation skills, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google work environment, and familiarity with LMS or e-learning tools.
Strong analytical thinking and logical reasoning.
Strong administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and organizational structure.
Demonstrated learning agility, open-minded, and ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and environments.
