Halogen aims to inspire and influence a generation of young people to lead themselves and others well, and we take that mission seriously with our staff as well. Being a youth development organisation, we work with the youthful vibrancy of our stakeholders and students, ensuring that while we do the social good of building young leaders and entrepreneurs, we also do the personal good of building a staff team that is enabled to do their best work. You will be in charge of managing the partners who engage with us, and work closely with stakeholders to find opportunities to collaborate.

  • Manage partnerships directly with corporates, social impact organisations, and educational institutions to ensure successful implementation of programmes through effective communication.
  • Support outreach efforts to widen our net of partners to expand Halogen’s scope of work.

A typical week at work involves

  • Supporting youths in their impact projects, providing them with mentoring and bringing a community of youth together.
  • Working with a range of partners from corporates, to social impact organisations and institutions, partnering them to support youth in creating social impact.
  • Team meetings that cover stakeholder communication and programme design.
  • Work alongside the Fundraising department to secure funds and resources for programmes.
