การพัฒนาเนื้อหาและสื่อ – สร้างเนื้อหาและออกแบบสื่อสำหรับช่องทางต่าง ๆ ขององค์กร เช่น เว็บไซต์ โซเชียลมีเดีย จดหมายข่าว และเอกสารประชาสัมพันธ์ พร้อมตรวจสอบความถูกต้องและความสอดคล้องกับภาพลักษณ์องค์กร
การสื่อสารภายในองค์กร - จัดทำและเผยแพร่ข่าวสารภายใน สนับสนุนการสื่อสารระหว่างผู้บริหารกับพนักงาน และจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมความผูกพันในองค์กร
การสื่อสารภายนอกองค์กร - ดำเนินแผนการสื่อสารภายนอก จัดทำข่าวประชาสัมพันธ์ ประสานงานกับสื่อ และตอบข้อซักถามจากภายนอก
การบริหารจัดการสื่อสังคมออนไลน์ - ดูแลบัญชีโซเชียลมีเดีย วางแผนและสร้างเนื้อหา ตอบโต้ผู้ใช้งาน วิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์ และอัปเดตเว็บไซต์
การจัดงานและกิจกรรมขององค์กร - สนับสนุนการวางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรม จัดทำสื่อประกอบ และเผยแพร่ข่าวและภาพกิจกรรม
การติดตามและวิเคราะห์ - ติดตามข่าวสาร วิเคราะห์ผลการสื่อสาร จัดทำรายงาน และเสนอแนะแนวทางปรับปรุง
งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติและทักษะที่ต้องการ

สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขานิเทศศาสตร์ สื่อสารมวลชน ประชาสัมพันธ์ การตลาด หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานสื่อสารองค์กร ประชาสัมพันธ์ หรือการตลาด อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
มีทักษะการเขียนที่ดีเยี่ยม และสามารถสร้างเนื้อหาที่น่าสนใจได้
เชี่ยวชาญการใช้โซเชียลมีเดียและเครื่องมือดิจิทัล
เข้าใจหลักการสื่อสารองค์กรและการประชาสัมพันธ์
มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน
มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และสามารถนำเสนอแนวคิดใหม่ ๆ
สามารถบริหารจัดการเวลาและทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกันได้ดี
มีทักษะในการทำงานเป็นทีม และสามารถประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ได้
มีพื้นฐานความรู้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและวัดผลการสื่อสาร
หากมีทักษะด้านการถ่ายภาพหรือผลิตวิดีโอ แบะทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรมออกแบบกราฟิก จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

- ค่าตอบแทน 18,000 – 22,000 บาท

- ทำงานวันจันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 09.00-17.00 น. WFH ทุกวันศุกร์
