The Community Development Advocate is responsible for the on-ground onboarding of sari-sari store owners to the Hapinoy network and implementing activities to achieve the organization’s goals and social mission.
- On-ground onboarding of sari-sari store owners to the Hapinoy network
- Facilitation and implementation of the Hapinoy trainings/event logistic needs
- In charge of the logistics, coordination, and distribution of project-related activities and materials
- Invitation of target participants for a specific event
- Data gathering, area mapping, and conducting surveys (as needed)
- Execute all on-ground recruitment activities and initiatives to meet specific targets
