Key Responsibilities

Financial Duties:

  • Document and record all cash inflows and outflows and transactions using NetSuite software or the accounting software of that the company will be using
  • Maintain proper physical and digital filing systems for all financial documentation
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Philippine government statutory requirements and tax regulations
  • Reconcile financial records and bank statements
  • Prepare and submit required financial reports
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Administrative Duties:

  • Provide general administrative support to the Atindahan, Inc. office
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Handle basic HR tasks such as maintaining employee records (201 files)
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers with regards to payments and validations
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed
Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in NetSuite software - or willingness to learn
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulations
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Google Office suite, particularly Google Sheets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
