Roles and Responsibilities:
You will assist the Operations Manager to support operations in the clinic and organisation. This role involves overseeing administrative functions, enhancing operational processes, and working closely with medical, clinical and administrative staff to maintain high standards of patient care and service excellence.
- Ensure the smooth functioning and operation of the clinic, including administrative/operational matter to solve system and process problems
- Ensure timely submission of reports, claims and accuracy of clinical indicators tabulations
- Ensure guidelines and procedures related to clinic service are adhered to by all relevant personnel at all times
- Monitor the operational performance of the clinic
- Assist in procurement matters
- Performs regular audits to ensure compliance in clinical practice and documentation
- Assist with event management and logistics (on ad-hoc basis)
- Assist staff in dealing with operational related situations
- Any ad-hoc duties as per assigned
