Responsibilities

Identifying new fundraising & awareness campaigns, dev. campaign⁣ strategies, leveraging media, dev. creative escalations tactics⁣
Leading high impact online & offline campaigns⁣
Develop and implement digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, online ads and email campaigns, to fundraising campaigns.
Identifying & developing fundraising tools to meet campaign targets⁣
Increasing our exposure on various crowdfunding platforms⁣
Sourcing and keeping up to date on current trends in fundraising⁣
Creating and managing annual campaign plans and timetable⁣
A proactive leader with a knack for creativity and data-driven decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with tools like Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and design software.
Outstanding written communication & presentation skills in EN & IN⁣
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, social media platforms) and CRM software.
Preferred experience 3-5 yr within non-profit fundraising⁣
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time⁣
Strength in media campaigning/relations, a wide network in the⁣ media community is a plus⁣
Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis &⁣ evaluation of KPIs⁣
