The Happy Return Center of Cambodia is the first dedicated hub for reintegration and vocational training, supporting returning migrant workers. Established in 2024 with support from the Government of Korea through the Human Resources Development Service of Korea (HRDK) and in collaboration with the Cambodian Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, the Center acts as a vital bridge transforming challenges into opportunities for returnees.

Our vision is to build the largest and most accessible platform for migrant workers, offering comprehensive employment and entrepreneurship resources, and becoming their top choice for vocational education.

Provide returning migrant workers with market-relevant skills to enhance their employability. Develop job matching services and offer personalized consultancy support. Empower aspiring entrepreneurs to start and grow their businesses. Foster a strong network of Cambodian migrant workers to promote collaboration and community.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Multimedia, Graphic Design & Communications (60%)
  • Produce, film, edit, and publish promotional and educational videos for HRCC activities, training programs, success stories, and events.
  • Design high-quality promotional materials, including brochures, posters, banners, flyers, certificates, social media graphics, and infographics.
  • Manage and create engaging content for HRCC's Facebook page, website, and other digital platforms.
  • Photograph and document HRCC activities, workshops, training sessions, and special events.
  • Develop creative campaigns to promote vocational training, employment services, and entrepreneurship programs.
  • Ensure consistent branding across all communication materials.
  • Collaborate with different departments to create visual content supporting HRCC's programs and services.
  • Assist with website updates and basic UI/UX improvements when required.
  • Operations & Service Support (40%)
  • Provide information and respond to inquiries from returning migrant workers through telephone, Telegram, email, and in-person services.
  • Support trainee registration and verify required documents.
  • Maintain trainee records and databases accurately.
  • Coordinate logistics for training programs, meetings, and events, including venue arrangements and refreshments.
  • Manage promotional item inventory and prepare materials for outreach activities.
  • Support administrative documentation, operational reports, and procurement processes.
  • Assist with organizing HRCC events and external activities.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Management Team.

Profile

Languages:

  • English - Good
  • Khmer - Good
  • Korean is preferred

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field as a minimum

Work History:

  • Multimedia production, graphic design, digital marketing, or communications for 3 years as a minimum

Skills & Knowledge:General & Technical Skills

  • Experience in administrative or operational support is an advantage.
  • Proficient in video editing and graphic design software.
  • Experience with Canva, Figma, WordPress, or other web content management tools is an advantage.
  • Strong photography and videography skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in Khmer and English (Korean is an advantage).

Soft Skills

  • Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
