About This Role

Our social programs create pathways for communities that are systematically excluded from Singapore's digital economy. You'll be directly shaping programs that change lives - from helping at-risk youth build digital careers to creating accessible tech training for persons with disabilities. This role combines the strategic thinking of program design with the hands-on satisfaction of seeing participants succeed.

Role Focus:

Design, coordinate, and deliver high-impact social programs for marginalized communities including disadvantaged youth, at-risk populations, and persons with disabilities.

You'll ensure these mission-critical programs run smoothly while building meaningful relationships across the social sector.

Core Responsibilities:

Program Design & Delivery (40%)

- Lead end-to-end execution of Social Tech Apprenticeship, ensuring apprentices receive quality mentorship and achieve meaningful project outcomes

- Coordinate GenAI programs for kids, managing curriculum delivery, instructor coordination, and participant engagement

- Design and deliver programs for persons with disabilities, ensuring accessibility and appropriate accommodations throughout

- Develop program timelines, manage logistics, and ensure operational readiness across all social programs

- Adapt program design based on participant feedback and learning outcomes

- Create engaging learning experiences that balance skills development with social impact objectives

Stakeholder & Partner Management (25%)

- Build and maintain relationships with social sector partners, including nonprofits, schools, and community organizations

- Manage funder relationships for social programs, providing regular updates and impact reporting

- Coordinate with client organizations (charities/social enterprises) for Social Tech Apprenticeship placements

- Liaise with institutional partners (ITE, youth organizations, disability service providers) for program collaboration

- Represent Hatch at social sector events and partnership meetings

- Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities within the social innovation space

Impact Measurement & Reporting (20%)

- Design and implement impact measurement frameworks for social programs

- Collect and analyze program data, participant outcomes, and learning insights

- Prepare impact reports for funders, partners, and internal stakeholders

- Document case studies and participant stories that demonstrate program value

- Track against program KPIs including completion rates, employment outcomes, and participant satisfaction

- Use data insights to continuously improve program effectiveness

Operational Excellence (15%)

- Ensure programs hit enrollment and completion targets

- Manage program budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness

- Coordinate with Office Manager on administrative needs, documentation, and compliance

- Maintain program documentation, participant records, and quality assurance standards

- Support grant reporting requirements and funding applications

- Troubleshoot operational challenges and ensure smooth program delivery
