Your Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- You will drive business development, securing Regional Key Clients within your market and establishing Local Key Client partnerships ranging from pharmaceuticals, consumer health, medical devices, agencies, and private hospitals.
- You work in close alignment with the Commercial Director, Business Development Director, Regional VPs and functional leads to plan partnerships and business opportunities monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- You demonstrate a detailed understanding of HHG’s service offering, leading pitches to clients and directly and through your teams identify commercial growth opportunities.
- You proactively drive revenue growth, profitability and identify opportunities for cross-selling within each client.
Commercial - Client and Partner Management
- Client Service & Delivery: Ensure client campaigns meet targets and provide exceptional digital solutions and service.
- Commercial Digital Competence: Identify digital solutions supporting client brand strategies for end-to-end service adoption.
- Client Operations & Relationships: Build and maintain excellent client relationships, including with senior stakeholders.
- Strategic Account Planning: Work with management and VPs to develop strategic account planning and identify new opportunities.
- Industry & Medical Partnerships: Identify and develop partnerships to facilitate local strategy execution.
Commercial - Campaign Delivery
- Campaign Accountability: Ensure on-time, on KPI, and in-budget delivery of all client campaigns.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance daily and weekly, ensuring proper resourcing and escalation of potential issues.
- Client Communication: Act as the communication bridge between the client and internal teams, maintaining standards and values.
- Briefing & Quality Assurance: Create clear briefing documents for delivery teams and review campaign materials to ensure quality and alignment with objectives.
- Project Management: Project manage campaigns according to SOPs, from timelines creation to implementation to performance reports.
