As a Recruitment Associate, you’ll play a key role in connecting top talent from Southeast Asia (SEA) with innovative companies in Australia and Singapore. A Day in Your Life Might Look Like This:

  • Talent Scout: Start your day by exploring job portals to find candidates who are the perfect fit for our clients.
  • Relationship Builder: Build strong connections with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
  • Interview Specialist: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they have the right skills and fit.
  • Communication Link: Coordinate interviews and keep everyone informed, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
  • Feedback Provider: Give constructive feedback to candidates and clients, creating a positive recruitment experience.
  • Market Observer: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide clients with valuable insights.
Profile

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred) and are comfortable using recruitment software and job portals.
  • Knowledge of the SEA job market is a plus, and strong communication skills are essential!
