Job Purpose

To optimize the corporate donor database, enabling more effective corporate donor engagement and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

Make phone calls to corporate donors to verify and update contact information
Update and maintain donor data based on verified information
Conduct research on potential corporate donors and update relevant record
Perform ad-hoc duties and support assigned

Working Hours

Duration: Temporary contract spanning August to October 2026
Work Requirement: minimum of 2-3 days per week (specific days to be discussed and agreed upon)
Standard Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Profile

Entry requirements

Completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE equivalent or above
Current students, recent graduates, or candidates with relevant background/experience are welcome to apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in spoken and written English and Cantonese/Chinese
Hands-on experience using MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and Chinese word processing / typing skills

Review of applications will start as soon as possible and continue until 30 August 2026, or until the post is filled, whichever is earlier.
