About the Role: The Thai solar market is booming — from 5.2 GW in 2025 to an expected 5.55 GW in 2026, forecasts show continued growth toward 7.71 GW by 2031 . The country"s new Power Development Plan (PDP 2026) is driving a renewables-first agenda, while solar leasing models and simplified licensing under 1 MW are powering rapid residential and C&I adoption . This is the perfect moment to drive energy independence for Thai homes and businesses.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Market Entry: Develop and execute a full go-to-market strategy for Thailand to hit aggressive sales and revenue targets.
Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and manage a powerful sales network of distributors, solar installers, and EPCs across all key provinces.
Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor moves, and customer needs in the Thai microinverter and ESS segment; adjust strategies to stay ahead.
Brand Leadership: Represent Hoymiles at local exhibitions, conferences, and key client meetings — elevate Hoymiles as Thailand"s preferred smart energy partner.

Profile

Qualifications:

Local expertise: Thai national OR a foreign professional long-term based in Thailand with strong local networks and work authorization.
Industry know-how: Minimum 5+ years of sales/business development in inverter or energy storage industries (solar background highly preferred)
Leadership & entrepreneurial spirit: Experience managing teams (direct or cross-functional); a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
Languages: Fluent in English and Thai (Chinese is a strong plus but not required)
