Duties & Responsibilities
Prepares and proposes recruitment strategies to source, pool, hire, and retain qualified candidates for the open positions.
Handles sourcing of applicants through various media (Job Street, Mycareers, indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Administer assessments and coordinate technical interviews when required.
Keep candidates informed about the status of their applications and provide feedback when necessary.
Facilitate the decision-making process between hiring managers and candidates.
Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth transition to the onboarding phase.
Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and procedures.
Performs other admin duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
With at least 1-2 years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment is an advantage.
With stable internet connection Proficient in ERP System and MS Office application would be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communications and presentation skills
