We are looking for an Employee Engagement and Advocacy Lead who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading initiatives that foster employee engagement and drive advocacy efforts aligned with the company's core values and social responsibility goals. This role combines a focus on creating meaningful experiences for employees with a long-term impact on the communities we serve. The ideal candidate will lead activities that reflect the company’s mission, values, and corporate vision, while ensuring an enriching volunteer experience for employees.
Responsibilities:
I. Employee Engagement and Advocacy Initiatives
Design and execute practical activities that align with the company’s values, engaging employees and addressing community needs with a long-term impact. Ensure that activities promote both personal growth and social responsibility.
II. Volunteer Experience Enhancement
Elevate the employee volunteer experience by integrating values-based learning sessions and activities that deepen understanding of the social impact and relevance of the engagement initiatives.
III. Employee Mobilization for Support
Mobilize and coordinate employee participation in administering benefits programs and volunteer activities, ensuring alignment with company values and fostering a culture of service.
IV. Values Integration in Employee Events
Incorporate the company’s values into employee events and celebrations, ensuring that communications, planning, and execution of activities like Costume Holidays, Pinay and Proud, Christmas Celebrations and similar events, reinforce the company’s mission and values.
V. Lead Vision, Mission, Values Planning and Implementation
Oversee the planning, coordination, module development, and execution of Vision, Mission, and Values enrichment and development strategies and activities, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
VI. Program Implementation
Lead the implementation of advocacy and engagement programs as directed by management, ensuring that these initiatives are effectively communicated, well-coordinated, within budget, and align with the company’s strategic goals.
