Job Description:
1. Leads social media content planning for all Human Nature needs (category segments, new product launches, branch, and advocacies) in main channels FB, IG, Tiktok, YT
2. Content production (both video and static/images) from project management, shooting, editing, posting, and boosting.
Responsibilities:
1. Own the development and execution of the monthly social media content calendar, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all social media touchpoints.
2. End-to-end video production of assigned content to include development of STB guide, coordination with teams, pre-production, shoot, editing, approval routing, and posting.
3. Lead and drive social media content ideation and creation across all platforms – (FB, IG, TikTok, YT) to connect and engage with existing and potential customers based on category and brand campaign priorities.
4. Drive expertise, stay up to date on trends of all top social media platforms, and share best practices with the Marketing Team and other relevant teams.
5. Work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead to monitor, analyze, and present content performance - adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results. This includes measuring/recording metrics and learning/re-calibrating.
6. Ads Boosting based on approved digital budget. Monitor performance.
7. Recommend and develop project plans for new content-based initiatives
8. Your primary area of responsibility will be our social media but you may also include all other pieces of communication in the digital area.
