Description of the mission

Position Purpose:

Are you a creative thinker, passionate about expanding the market of Khmer Products, and a natural relationship builder? Hydrologic Social Enterprise (HSE) is looking for a Senior Marketing Officer who is excited to make a difference—both in business and in people’s lives.

In this role, you’ll execute marketing activities focus on content, digital ads, and campaign support. This is a hands-on role.

What You'll Do:

Create and post content for social media channels
Execute digital ads on social media and related platforms
Support marketing campaigns and product promotions
Support sales and field marketing activities
Prepare and update marketing materials
Monitor ads performance and report results
Perform other marketing tasks assigned by management.

Profile

Job Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in marketing roles and strong digital marketing skills
Skill in artwork designing and creating content.
Able to work independently and deliver results
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
