Position Purpose

Support the Planning and Development Department by helping field teams improve their sales practices, conducting field surveys, and keeping project records accurate.

Main Responsibilities

Coach Provincial Managers and Sales Agents with the Coaching and Training Coordinator, focusing on teams that need support.
Help new field staff learn the products and the company’s selling methods.
Conduct field surveys during provincial visits, observe sales work, and identify training needs.
Check survey and field data, and prepare documents for project reports and reviews.
Support product testing and launches by collecting customer feedback and field results.
Record, organize, and store project documents, survey forms, field reports, and training materials in paper and digital files.
Prepare short project summaries and presentations when needed.

Profile

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, Project Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in field surveys, sales support, project work, or data verification.
Good Excel skills and the ability to check data and write clear reports.
Good communication and coaching skills, with attention to detail.
Willing to travel to provinces when required.
