Warehouse & Operations Lead

📍 Bali or Surabaya, Indonesia | Project-Based (Potential Full-Time)

✨ About the Role

We are looking for someone to lead the ground operations of our first circular textile warehouse — where hotel waste begins its transformation into new life.

This role sits at the core of what we do.

Not behind a desk — but on the ground, building how things actually work.

You will not just manage a warehouse.

You will help build a system for circularity.

🎯 What You’ll Do

♻️ Waste Intake & Flow Management

-Oversee incoming textile waste from hotel partners

-Ensure proper:

Receiving
Weighing
Tracking

🧵 Sorting & Processing Coordination

-Lead the team in:

Sorting materials
Categorizing textiles
Preparing for next-stage processing

-Ensure workflows are efficient and repeatable

📊 Reporting & Traceability (VERY IMPORTANT)

-Maintain clear records of:

Volume of waste received
Material breakdown
Output readiness

-Support impact reporting and data tracking

🚚 Logistics & Scheduling

-Coordinate:

Waste pickup schedules
Deliveries to partners

-Ensure smooth coordination between:

Warehouse
Clients
Transport teams

👥 Team Leadership

-Manage and guide warehouse staff

-Ensure:

Clear task delegation
Accountability
Daily execution

⚙️ System Building (KEY RESPONSIBILITY)

-Build and improve:

Operational workflows
Tracking systems
Daily processes

📍 Working Setup

Project-based (initial phase)
On-site role (warehouse-based)
Flexible structure as operations scale
Available to travel between Surabaya and Bali
