Indika Foundation was established by PT Indika Energy Tbk on February 15, 2017 under the name Yayasan Indika Untuk Indonesia. We are a corporate foundation committed to nurturing the spirit of tolerance in Indonesia, building national character and disseminating peace education.

We believe that if young Indonesians are empowered to think critically and empathize, then young people will become resilient and tolerant, so that Indonesia can become a more peaceful place.

To make this happen, Indika Foundation collaborates with various partners and creates innovative ways to teach critical thinking and empathy for peace and character education on a large scale which is expressed through our flagship programs.

Special Requirements

Minimum D4 or S1 graduate in all majors.
Enjoy research activities and managing data.
Have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in the field of monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
Have a deep understanding and experience in applying theory of change and logical framework.
Have an understanding of various monitoring and evaluation methods (preferably have an understanding of Kirkpatrick evaluation).
Have quantitative and qualitative research skills (data collection, processing, and analysis).
Having the ability to use data analysis software (eg: Ms. Excel, SPSS, Stata, etc.) will be an added value.
Having a basic understanding of Objective Key Results (OKR) will be a plus.
Having a basic understanding of Social Return on Investment (SROI) will be a plus.
