Administration and Finance Officer

The Indonesia Scholarship and Research Support Foundation (ISRSF) invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of Administration and Finance Officer. We are seeking a professional who is detail-oriented, responsible, and demonstrates high integrity, with the ability to operate SANGO accounting software.

Profile

Job Requirements

General and Technical Qualifications

Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Financial Management
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SANGO accounting software, with a clear understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
Sound knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh, PPN, tax invoice preparation, and e-SPT reporting, preferably demonstrated by a taxation certification
Ability to prepare and analyze financial statements (Cash Flow, Profit and Loss, and Balance Sheet) and to liaise with auditors
Familiarity with investment instruments
Experience with website management and multimedia is considered an advantage
