We're Hiring: Field Manager (Project-Based) for Interoperability Project’s Pricing and Measurement Studies.

Location: Metro Manila, with the option to report to our office in Pasig City.

Duration: 12 weeks, extendable.

Start Date: February 17, 2025.

Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) Philippines is seeking a Field Manager to join our Interoperability Project’s Pricing and Measurement Studies. This exciting project focuses on consumer banking transactions and financial behavior. The Field Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our phone surveys by leading a dedicated team and maintaining high-quality data collection standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 Supervise survey teams, including hiring, training, and onboarding staff.

Monitor productivity and ensure survey teams meet daily targets of 8–10 completed interviews.

Oversee survey translations into local languages.

Communicate regularly with the Research Associate and provide timely updates on progress and challenges.

Prepare and submit administrative documents accurately and on time.

Profile

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Public Policy, or other Social Sciences.
  • At least 3 years of experience conducting or managing surveys (phone surveys preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Google Apps (Docs, Sheets).
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English and Filipino (knowledge of Bisaya is a plus).
  • Experience with SurveyCTO or other electronic data collection tools is a bonus!
