InSchool is a social enterprise that provides specialized before/ after-school enrichment programme for neurodivergent students aged 7 to 12. Our comprehensive program is tailored to the unique needs of each child, offering a range of therapeutic services to enhance their life skills development and well-being. We are committed to fostering an inclusive community where every child can thrive and receive the care and attention they deserve.

Role Description

This is a temporary (June School Holiday) on-site role for a Life Skills Coach, located in Singapore. The Life Skills Coach will be responsible for providing life coaching, developing and implementing personal development programs, conducting training sessions, and offering guidance and support to students. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with students to enhance their life skills, communicating with parents and other staff, and monitoring each child's progress.

Qualifications

Life Coaching and Personal Development skills
Excellent Communication and Coaching skills
Experience in conducting Training sessions
Ability to work effectively with team and children with special needs
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience in special needs education is a plus (caregivers, sped educators, social workers)
