The Opportunity

IJM Philippines is seeking a Coordinator, National Activation & Partnerships (NAP) to join a growing team focused on strengthening systems of justice that protect vulnerable communities from violence.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Knowledge Development & Implementation:
  • Support the Head of NAP in ensuring programs run smoothly.
  • Oversee timely completion of high-quality partnership deliverables.
  • Networking & Partnership:
  • Collaborate with the NAP team and external partners to achieve success.
  • Maintain and build partnerships aligned with NAP priorities.
  • Represent IJM at partner conferences, meetings, and events.
  • Communication:
  • Develop communication materials highlighting NAP's successes.
  • Manage communication updates for partners and internal teams.
  • Support implementation of NAP communication strategies.
  • Documentation, Reporting & Data Management:
  • Prepare NAP documents and submit reports on time.
  • Ensure documentation distribution, reporting, and communication coordination.
  • Manage event and data using IJM's data management systems.
  • Trainings, Events and Logistics:
  • Support planning and implementation of NAP training priorities.
  • Assist with partnership project activities (conferences, campaigns, events).
  • Facilitate communication between NAP and other teams/partners.
  • General Tasks:
  • Oversee team schedule, budget, and day-to-day activities.
  • Participate in IJM's spiritual development activities and staff care programs.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Experience in project management and event planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management tools.
