Description of the mission

Scope of work

-Scan finance document as requirement onward (FY24 & FY25)

-Handle in-out Sub-Srithai storage

-Managing the vendor receipt for filing

-Perform other tasks as requested by senior finance team members

Deliverables:

Day to day checking supporting document and ensure all the financial documents are properly filed and tagged per requirements.

Profile

Requirements:

Education: High vocational Certificate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, or relevant field.
Work Experience: Minimum of 1 year with relevant work experience in a similar position.
Experience with accounting systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, respond to urgent requests, and meet regular deadlines.
Computer Literacy (Excel, Word, Internet).
Positive attitude and excellent service mind.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
