Role Overview
Jinko Solar is seeking a dynamic, high-performing Technical Sales Manager based in Hanoi. This is a unique "hybrid" role requiring 80% Commercial/Business Development excellence and 20% Technical Evangelism. You will be the "Voice of Jinko" at national roadshows while driving the expansion of our market share among FDI investors, industrial parks, and large-scale utility projects in Northern Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial & Business Development (80% of KPI)
· DG & C&I Growth: Identify and appoint new distributors in the North; establish and secure strategic partnerships with top-tier EPCs for C&I projects.
· FDI Strategy: Directly approach and explore new FDI manufacturing plants and Industrial Parks (IPs). Focus on the influx of Chinese and Taiwanese investments in the North.
· Ecosystem Networking: Proactively build networks with construction firms, consulting agencies, and relevant stakeholders to gain early access to FDI manufacturing projects.
· Utility (UT) Support: Collaborate closely with the Country Head to manage key Utility accounts. Lead bidding processes and handle large-scale B2B negotiations.
· Executive Relationship Management: Engage and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders (BOD, Chairmen, Managing Directors).
2. Technical Evangelism & Site Supervision (20% of KPI)
· Brand Ambassador: Act as the main speaker and technical presenter for Jinko Vietnam at workshops, roadshows, and training sessions nationwide.
· Project Oversight: Perform on-site supervision for solar farm projects, ensuring quality standards and technical alignment (High physical stamina required for frequent site visits).
· Technical Learning: Rapidly master Jinko’s module technologies (NEO series) and industry trends to provide high-level technical advisory to clients.
Requirements & Qualifications
· Nationality: Vietnamese (Must be based in Hanoi).
· Experience: Proven track record in closing large-scale B2B deals, bidding, or high-value industrial sales. Experience in renewable energy, construction, or heavy industry is preferred.
· Language: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is a significant advantage for handling the Chinese/Taiwanese FDI segment.
· Public Speaking: Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills. Ability to captivate an audience and simplify complex information.
· Presence: Strong executive presence and professional grooming, capable of representing a global leader in the PV industry.
· Technical Aptitude: While a background in PVsyst/PV Layout is not required, the candidate must have a sharp mind and the ability to learn technical specifications quickly.
