The Program Support Intern will provide direct support to the Program Director in managing and expanding JUMP! Foundation's outdoor education programs across Southeast Asia. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of impactful programs while gaining valuable experience in program management, partnership development, and non-profit operations.

WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE:

Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the Program Director, ensuring smooth program operations and efficient resource management.
Develop and implement effective document management systems, maintaining organized records and facilitating efficient information access.
Support partnership development and communication, fostering strong relationships with partner organizations and contributing to outreach efforts.
Contribute to program growth and development through research, evaluation, and participation in strategic planning initiatives.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in International Development, Education, Outdoor Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional Southeast Asian language skills are a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in cross-cultural settings is a plus.
Experience with project management or event planning is a plus.
