Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily finance and accounting operations.
Lead financial closing and organizational financial reporting.
Coordinate project and donor financial reporting.
Manage budgeting, cash flow monitoring, taxation, audits, and subgrant financial processes.
Supervise the Finance team and ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and donor requirements.

Profile

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 4–7 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
Experience at supervisor level or in leading a finance team.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, closing, budgeting, taxation, and audit.
Good analytical, organizational, communication, and English-language skills.
Willing to be based in Denpasar, Bali.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience as an auditor at a public accounting firm.
Experience in a non-profit organization, donor-funded projects, or subgrant management.
