Job Summary
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) leads the management, strategic execution, and operational excellence of Kampung Senang’s four centers, including one Active Ageing Centre, ensuring effective and sustainable delivery of programs aligned with the organization’s mission.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall management and operational oversight of Kampung Senang’s four centers, including the Active Ageing Centre, to achieve organizational goals
- Collaborate with the CEO, Centre Managers, and Board to develop and execute strategic plans that enhance program effectiveness and sustainability
- Drive operational excellence by implementing efficient processes and monitoring performance metrics across all centers
- Ensure community initiatives and services align with Kampung Senang’s mission and values through continuous evaluation and improvement
- Foster strong partnerships and communication among internal teams and external stakeholders to support program delivery and organizational growth
