Sales & Marketing Lead

Full-time/Part-time, starting monthly salary 15,000 and bonuses

Flexible Work From Home and Sales Rounds schedule - with 2-3 days at Dauin Main Office

Essential Responsibilities:

Lead Development (60%) - 3 days a week or 3-4 hours a day

  • Outbound sales rounds with architect firms, engineer offices, developers and other key partners (tourism, social housing, LGUs/gov agencies)
  • Awareness marketing strategy & execution via trade shows, media, publications, website & social media
  • Retail/Contractor/Panday incentive program, training and development
  • Track, budget and analyze impact of marketing and incentive programs on actual sales
  • 5-10 POs per week of 50-100K average value
  • 3 client visits per week (1 repeat, 2 new)
  • 3-5 calls per day (follow-ups + cold calls)
  • 1 monthly email update - mailing list
  • 3 social media posts per week

Customer Stream Management (30%) - About 3 hours a day

  • Manage total sales of 1-2M PHP per month
  • 1-2 POs 500-1M+ medium to large prefab or pole supply (50SM+)
  • 2-3 Starter Home Kits or Tiny Bayani
  • 50 units engineered panels or furnitures
  • Lead follow-up: generating estimates and purchase orders
  • Personal referrals & walk-ins
  • Facebook/Online sales inquiries
  • Email/Mobile inquiries

General Operations (10%) - Team meetings, trainings, etc.
