General Summary
This role supports operations in Ho Chi Minh City, for rofu and KEEN Footwear, which has offices in the United States, the Netherlands, Canada, Japan, and China.
- As an RSL/CSR Assistant Manager in Vietnam, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation and management of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and responsible supply chain (RSL) initiatives.
- Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development and execution of CSR programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and promoting sustainable practices within the organization.
- You will collaborate closely with various departments to integrate CSR principles into business operations, manage stakeholder relationships, and track the effectiveness of CSR initiatives.
- The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical and sustainable business practices.
- You will report to the CSR Manager and work closely with external partners, local communities, and regulatory bodies to enhance the company’s social impact and reputation.
Essential Responsibilities
- RSL Compliance: create and update brand’s RSL Policy, implement a robust RSL practice in supply chain
- CSR Compliance: take charge of social audit, make sure vendors meet brand’s CSR requirements
- Reduce Impact: use HIGG environment (FEM) and LCA tool, assess/ reduce environment impact.
- Detox Supply Chain: Expand ZDHC program, push forward green chemical alternatives.
- KEEN Effect: Organize annual volunteer events in key sourcing countries.
- Quality Testing: support the physical performance testing.
