Role Description

The HR Operation Specialist to responsible for the core HR operations covering recruitment, hiring and offboarding, compensation and benefits, performance administration, employee records, and compliance. The role ensures accurate, timely, and legal compliant HR services across Thailand and Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition

· Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job advertisements, screening, interviewing, and selection coordination with hiring managers.

· Manage the hiring process, including compensation package calculation, offer process, and employment documents.

· Conduct exit interviews, maintain documentation, and analyze turnover trends to provide actionable retention insights.

2. Compensation & Benefits

· Process end-to-end monthly payroll for Thailand, ensuring accurate and timely statutory filings and remittances.

· Review and verify monthly payroll calculation for the Vietnam office.

· Prepare the monthly salary allocation reports to the Finance & Accounting team.

· Administer employee benefit schemes, including group health/life insurance enrollments, claims, and provident fund etc.

3. Performance Management and Compliant

· Facilitate organizational performance management cycles including goal-setting alignment, KPI tracking, review consolidation, and merit increase administration.

· Maintain accurate, centralized employee records, organizational charts, and digital profile within the HRIS platform.

· Provide staff budget to support project proposal and monitoring, and annual organizational planning.

Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences or others relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct experience in HR operations, payroll execution, C&B administration, and full-cycle recruitment.
  • Working knowledge of Thai labor law, personal income tax, Social Security Fund, and Provident Fund requirements.
  • Experience using HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Proficiency in both Thai (native speaker) and English.
