Term: Rolling 12 months contract with a probation period of three (3) months. The contract will be extendable based on satisfactory performance preceding the contract assessment.

  • Production (content creation, including design, photography, videography):
  • Create designs branding materials, websites, social media, other digital print assets.
  • Collaborate teams develop creative concepts ensure alignment brand guidelines.
  • Capture, edit, produce and videos digital print materials
  • Digital content KE's official platform:
  • Collaborate team members ensure strong social media content engagement, primarily Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging digital content across various platforms such websites, emails, social media channels, other digital marketing platforms.
  • Project Management:
  • Organize workshops, seminars, entrepreneurship events jointly separately partner institutions, organizations, companies.
  • Manage sponsorships collaborations, execution, reporting
  • Undertake additional tasks assigned by management.
Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in media & communication or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in creating compelling digital content in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in professional multimedia tools for graphic and video creation, ensuring high-quality and engaging content.
  • Exceptional written, interpersonal, and digital communication skills with a dedication to creative and effective messaging.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong skills in relationship and stakeholder management across various levels.
  • Extensive experience with social media campaign tools, digital analytics, measurement tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Problem-solving mindset and critical thinking abilities.
